I did get my refund in the end, but these guys made it more annoying than it needed to be. Had to email them twice and wait longer than expected, which felt ridiculous for something that should’ve been simple.

There was a really good selection to choose from. I thought it made picking something easy, though I did second-guess myself a bit because there were so many options. Still, I’m happy with what I went with.

It feels solid and well made. I’ve only used it a bit so far, but my first impression is definitely positive.

The quality has been the same every order, shipping is usually right on schedule, and overall it’s been super steady. One order took a little longer than expected, but it wasn’t a big deal at all. Well... I’ve ordered from Greenmates a couple of times now, and overall it’s been solid. The deliveries were mostly on time, and the tracking was easy enough to follow. One order did show up a little later in the day than I thought it would, but it still arrived the same day and everything was packed fine. Not totally perfect, but reliable enough so far. I’d give it 4 stars.

I took a look at greenmates.us, the reviews are kind of all over the place. Some seem believable, while others are just a little too glowing, because apparently every shopping experience is life-changing now. The site itself is fine to browse and doesn’t feel sketchy right away, but I’d definitely feel better if there were more clear, reliable customer reviews. Not saying it’s bad, just not ready to hand over my trust like it’s a free sample.
